As a result, Poclain can now forecast beyond 90 days with under 5% error (down from over 15%), has significantly reduced inventory costs, and improved on‑time delivery to 88.6% to order confirmation and 99.7% within seven days (previously under 78%), while making Atlas a core part of its S&OP process.
