Factors Group, Canada’s leader in natural health products, faced rapidly growing multi‑divisional operations that made planning in Excel untenable. Inaccurate forecasts for finished goods and raw materials led to stock‑outs, excess inventory and time‑consuming manual reporting, so Factors Group partnered with John Galt Solutions and adopted the Atlas Planning Platform to centralize demand and inventory planning.

John Galt Solutions implemented Atlas as the system of record with a phased rollout, enabling a 12‑month rolling forecast, real‑time visibility and integrated S&OP processes. As a result, Factors Group reduced on‑hand inventory by $20M while maintaining service levels, cut more than 20 man‑hours per week, and won the SDCE Green Supply Chain Award for a leaner, more sustainable supply chain.
