DuPont Personal Protection Products Ramps Up On-Time Delivery Rates with Atlas Planning Suite

DuPont Personal Protection Products (DuPont PPE) faced a highly complex global sourcing, manufacturing and distribution network across ten facilities and needed to replace disparate, non‑integrated local and regional forecasting systems with a consolidated demand planning tool. After evaluating several offerings, DuPont chose John Galt Solutions’ Atlas Planning Suite, including its Demand Management Engine, to provide a unified forecasting and demand planning capability.

John Galt Solutions integrated the Atlas Planning Suite’s Demand Management Engine at key points in DuPont’s ERP systems to improve forecasting, production planning and scheduling. As a result, on‑time customer delivery rates rose from about 85% to 93%, forecasting accuracy and efficiency improved by product line, and the solution is being incrementally rolled out across DuPont’s ten global facilities.
