A Digital Supply Chain Shift to Ensure Availability of 1.5 Million Products

JRV began a company-wide digital transformation to modernize its supply chain planning, improve service levels, and lower costs while managing availability across 1.5 million products. To support this effort, JRV selected the Atlas Planning Platform from John Galt Solutions as part of its strategy to build a stronger vendor-managed inventory (VMI) program and gain better visibility into customer consumption patterns.

Using John Galt Solutions’ Atlas platform, JRV improved replenishment planning, inventory visibility, and service responsiveness across its supply chain. Within one year of go-live, JRV reduced inventory levels by 10%, while service levels rose to 95%+ for A and B items and improved by 20 points for C items, along with lower delivery times and inventory turnover days.
