Emirates wanted to improve overall customer journey quality by keeping families — especially young children — entertained in-flight, so they engaged John Brown Media to develop a kids-focused content programme. John Brown Media created the Fly With Me quarterly activity magazine (part of its magazines, strategy and omnichannel content services) to address the challenge of occupied, happy children and smoother journeys for parents and other passengers.
John Brown Media’s solution is a 36‑page Fly With Me activity magazine, hosted by playful Fly With Me Monsters and stocked with puzzles, pull-out colouring and travel-themed activities; it sits on every Emirates flight and is part of an integrated kids content offering. The programme reaches roughly two million child passengers a year, has delivered positive feedback from Emirates and is credited with improving perceptions of the family travel experience.
