Home Centre, a well-established furniture and homewares retailer, engaged John Brown Media in 2014 to shift customer perceptions and showcase the breadth of its range. The brief was to celebrate the idea that "no two homes are the same" and to attract new customers from both value and trend perspectives; John Brown Media was tasked to deliver a print catalogue and complementary digital elements.
John Brown Media produced a lifestyle-led "My Home" catalogue as an A-to-Z solution—from product planning to print management—printed in two languages across nine regional versions with a 1.5M launch run, plus an interactive English/Arabic e-catalogue, timelapse video, cinema animation and in-store visual merchandising. The integrated campaign boosted engagement quickly: the catalogue’s launch gamification alone received 30,000 entries within weeks.
