Indigo Living, a fashion-forward furniture and home accessories retailer operating in Hong Kong, China and the UAE, wanted to raise brand positioning and promote seasonal ranges to drive awareness, footfall and online traffic. John Brown Media was engaged to deliver a bespoke content programme — centred on editorially led seasonal look books and an omnichannel asset bank — to educate customers and support retail and PR activity.

John Brown Media produced collectible, multilingual look books, a quarterly content asset bank, PR-able stories and staff training materials, and integrated these assets across print, outdoor, web and email. The Spring 2014 launch alone generated an estimated US$3.1m in PR value in its first month (more than double year‑on‑year), helped boost sales, traffic and engagement, and changed Indigo Living’s marketing and buying processes to support rapid expansion.
