To address this, they partnered with the vendor Jobylon and utilized its applicant tracking system (ATS).

Jobylon implemented a highly customized ATS solution, functioning as a one-stop-shop by integrating reference checks (Refapp) and skills testing (Cubik). This streamlined the entire recruitment process, cutting the time for reference checks from weeks to just 1.5 days and helping Sogeti nearly achieve its target of a 40-day time-to-hire. The partnership with Jobylon provided the tailored tools and continuous service necessary for Sogeti's talent acquisition team to operate with speed and efficiency without compromising on quality.
