Large National Retailer Hires at Scale Using Jobvite’s ATS

Large National Retailer, a nationwide apparel and home retailer with high-volume hiring needs, needed a talent acquisition solution that could support recruiters across the organization and reach both active and passive candidates. It turned to Jobvite’s ATS and recruitment marketing platform to better manage millions of candidates, run targeted email campaigns, and support distinct recruiting needs across stores and locations.

Jobvite implemented its native CRM and recruitment marketing tools to unify candidate management and power a national hiring event. The results were significant: the retailer hired more than 90,000 employees within months of onboarding Jobvite, generated 31,000 applications from email campaigns and 75,000 total applications around the event, and made 18,000 job offers in a single day with just a 1% background-check fail rate. The retailer also saw a more than three-fold increase in application rates and a 3.4% comparable sales bump for the period cited.
