Flex Technology Group (FlexTG) is a national managed print services provider serving 29,000+ customers with a data-driven platform. As their business grew, Talent Acquisition faced several challenges: no executive-level TA analytics, manual, time-consuming screening for niche roles (especially Driving and Remote positions), inconsistent source tracking in the ATS, and a need to better engage candidates for Sales requisitions.
Partnering with Jobvite Managed Services, FlexTG implemented executive analytics dashboards, automated niche screening forms with knockout logic, source mapping corrections, and targeted CRM email campaigns. The changes delivered measurable impact: a 54.8% (reported as 55%) reduction in time to fill Driving roles (from 45.1 to 20.4 days), 1,165 applications in under a month for roles with screening forms, 6.7% of applications auto-marked “Reject Later,” 74 candidates re-engaged from the Sales campaign, and improved data integrity and faster, more informed TA decision-making.
