Tenable Network Security, a fast-growing SaaS security company, needed to rapidly fill highly technical roles while standing out in an increasingly crowded talent market. Recruiting struggled to scale with demand and wanted a way to attract qualified candidates—including those not actively looking—while building employer recognition globally.
Tenable partnered with Jobvite Engage and Engage Services to run customized, multi-channel recruitment campaigns (themed landing pages, social sharing and targeted messaging). The effort drove a 215% increase in career-site views (from ~26,000 to ~82,000), about 70% new visitors, nearly 800 landing-page views in 24 hours on one campaign, a 90% offer-acceptance rate, roughly 30% of hires from referrals, and about 300 new hires in 2015.
