After one year the program drove a 118% increase in applications and a 20% rise in hires, achieved a 58% email open rate (vs. a 19.33% recruitment benchmark) and an 11% CTR (vs. 1.81%), averaged over 500,000 social impressions monthly, and grew Facebook likes by 268%.
