Jobtip worked with Fjellsport.no, a retailer known for outdoor equipment, which was struggling to attract skilled IT talent such as UX designers and front-end and back-end developers. Traditional recruitment efforts produced few results because the target candidates did not see Fjellsport as an employer they would consider.
Jobtip implemented an employer branding campaign to make Fjellsport more visible to relevant candidates, using ads focused on a typical workday and employee benefits rather than strict job requirements. The approach was successful: Fjellsport received quality applicants for all open IT roles and hired two developers and one UX designer, with two already started and the third scheduled to begin on December 1.
