Arla needed a better way to fill several hard-to-recruit job categories after struggling to find the right candidates and relying on costly external media agencies. The company turned to Jobtip for a more efficient approach to talent acquisition.
Jobtip implemented its Talent Automation Platform, integrating it with Arla’s ATS and using a pre-approved library of copy and imagery to automate social media job ads. The result was 117 successful campaigns, nearly 400,000 impressions, about 3,000 relevant career page visitors, and lower cost-per-hire with improved efficiency.
