Natco is a global, project‑based manufacturer of oil and gas process equipment with three project manufacturing facilities and more than 40 locations worldwide, continually growing through acquisitions. To maintain its leadership and unify disparate legacy systems and custom stand‑alone applications across multi‑site operations, Natco has relied on Jobscope’s project‑based ERP/MRP software since 1989 to support project manufacturing workflows and remote connectivity needs.

Jobscope provided a standardized project ERP/MRP deployment that now supports over 150 concurrent users in Natco’s multi‑national environment, enabled WAN and internet access (including VPN for many remote sites), and replaced the majority of Natco’s custom stand‑alone systems. The implementation allowed Natco to roll out standard Jobscope at its Canadian facility without modifications, streamline reporting, and reduce data and voice communications costs while benefiting from the Jobscope user community’s best practices.
