pelzGROUP, a European manufacturer of cotton-based hygiene products and polyethylene foils, faced rapid growth in documents and invoices (from 27,000 to 38,000 invoices, a ~40% increase) that made manual accounting and audit processes unsustainable. To stabilize fixed costs and headcount while ensuring audit-compliant documentation and traceable digital processes, pelzGROUP engaged IT consultant L & M and implemented the JobRouter® Digital Process Automation Platform from vendor JobRouter.

JobRouter automated invoice verification, inter-company allocation, delivery-note indexing and integration with the ERP/financial system (Diamant), replacing paper workflows with role-based, web-accessible processes. As a result pelzGROUP eliminated most manual controls, achieved 92% email-driven automatic account allocation, can automatically post 6,500 of 15,000 order-referenced receipts, and saved about 12 man-hours per week (more than 600 hours/year). JobRouter also enabled uninterrupted processing during an accounting software change and delivered stable fixed costs for years while handling roughly 116,000 process instances annually.
