Order Processing and Invoicing Processes with JobRouter®

KHS Haustechnik Großhandels-GmbH, a purchasing association for sanitary, heating and air‑conditioning technology serving 46 affiliates, faced a paper‑heavy, opaque order and invoicing workflow (about 35,000 analog outgoing invoices and 250 Leitz folders per year in 2017) that left partners unsure whether orders or invoices had been received. To gain transparency and modernize processes, KHS turned to the JobRouter digitization platform for order processing, invoice control and central archiving.

KHS selected and implemented JobRouter in 2018, moving requests, orders and—after integrating their accounting system with support from bk systems—incoming and outgoing invoices into a digital workflow by summer 2019. JobRouter delivered a central archive and visible processing status for all parties, driving measurable impact: more than 85% of invoices now arrive by e‑mail, about 50% are forwarded electronically, and KHS reports roughly 20–25% savings in time and costs, reduced paper usage and higher employee satisfaction.
