Leipzig International School faced fragmented procurement and paper-based invoice control across separate campus buildings and needed a DATEV-compatible digital solution. JobRouter implemented an EasyOrder procurement workflow, automated invoice verification and two-way DATEV synchronization with real-time controls and audit‑proof archiving. The platform was rolled out to all 195 staff, went live at the start of the school year, and now links roughly 2,000 scanned invoices a year to orders, enforces budget controls, reduces errors and processing delays, and delivers full transparency and faster posting into DATEV. JobRouter’s integration eliminated manual handoffs, improved budget oversight and sped up purchasing and accounting processes.
