4S Service Logistics, a Berlin-based mobility services company serving automotive, transportation and aviation clients, faced manual, paper-based order handling — thousands of paper forms a month, error-prone data entry, low process transparency and noisy, phone-driven scheduling. To modernize vehicle preparation, delivery and pickup workflows and meet GDPR/IT-integration requirements, 4S Service Logistics selected JobRouter and its digital process automation platform (SaaS/mobile-capable) to replace clipboards with a mobile, audit-proof order management system.

JobRouter implemented the order.4service solution with mobile sign-off, offline MDM support, integrations (MSSQL, Active Directory) and JobSync testing; the platform went from pilot to full rollout across branches in about eight weeks and now handles roughly 6,000 instances per month. The JobRouter deployment eliminated phone scheduling, enabled real-time live tracking for sales and turnover forecasting, improved data quality for invoicing and reduced manual errors — delivering measurable transparency, faster processing and a unified, scalable digitized service operation.
