JobRouter implemented a global workflow and document management solution integrated with AD, QAD, SAP and external partners, enabling mobile/email approvals, multilingual processes and centralized data capture. Using JobRouter, ZF TRW developed 40+ automated processes (including a pro‑forma workflow with 2,350 instances), onboarded ~30,000 users worldwide, eliminated many manual forms and Excel-based steps, sped up approvals and improved tracking and reporting—delivering measurable reductions in administrative effort and greater operational consistency.
