A JobRouter Case Study
Global Engines, a 500-employee automotive group and exclusive Hyundai importer, faced fragmented, manual HR and business processes across many bespoke applications that made central management and compliance difficult. To digitize and centralize workflows—including about 30 processes such as vacation approvals, fleet management and field staff reservations—Global Engines adopted the JobRouter digitization platform to replace isolated tools and overcome ERP limitations.
JobRouter was rolled out starting in HR, with process definition and user training completed in about a week, enabling users and IT to configure and run workflows independently; the platform links to ERPs and third-party apps and adds archiving, EDM, BPM and workflow capabilities. By consolidating processes on JobRouter, Global Engines reduced system complexity and maintenance costs, shortened execution times, improved oversight and compliance, and raised productivity from 20% to 30% between 2015 and 2018.
