ICT Company, an ICT specialist in southern Germany with about 500 employees and multiple branches, faced growing pains from a heterogeneous IT landscape and manual, paper-based processes—especially hundreds of invoices processed daily and an accumulation of legacy files. To achieve a scalable, ISO-compliant solution that would unify databases, ERP, intranet and archives, the customer selected JobRouter and its JobRouter Digital Process Automation platform together with the JobArchive document management module.
JobRouter implemented graphical workflows to streamline AP, purchasing requisitions, approvals and other processes, and migrated roughly half a million legacy documents into JobArchive using staged migration with deduplication, version control, audit trails and browser-based viewing. The result was faster AP processing (enabling timely capture of cash discounts), reduced manual effort across multiple processes, a unified, revision-proof archive and measurable time/cost savings from the migration and automation delivered by JobRouter.
