Euroimmun, a global manufacturer of laboratory diagnostics, needed a way to manage highly regulated, data‑intensive device implementations and IT support projects with clear responsibilities, audit‑proof documentation and remote visibility. To address these challenges Euroimmun implemented the JobRouter digital process automation/workflow management platform to standardize workflows, enforce rules and meet German and international documentation requirements (TÜV, FDA).

Using JobRouter, Euroimmun configured processes, forms and rules without programming and completed an initial rollout in two weeks; the platform now supports over 230 customer projects and is on its fifth process version. JobRouter automated responsibility routing, real‑time status views, audit log attachment and archiving, and reporting—reducing coordination and documentation effort while improving transparency, compliance and project turnaround.
