A JobRouter Case Study
TÜg GmbH, a Freiburg-based technical inspection and certification firm with around 30 employees and multiple locations, faced mounting administrative overhead, decentralized communication challenges and a high volume of recurring appointments to track (about 6,000 per year). To streamline order processing, project management and audit workflows, TÜg GmbH selected the JobRouter digital process automation platform (JobRouter®) to integrate with their existing DocuWare archive and provide web-based, decentralized access.
JobRouter implemented automated workflows, audit trails, escalation rules and time monitoring that made processes transparent, audit-proof and accessible from the field; auditors can enter findings on-site and documents are archived securely. As a result, JobRouter helped TÜg GmbH cut throughput from as long as three months to three–four weeks, greatly reduced administrative time and error sources, improved customer satisfaction and enabled employee evaluation and incentive schemes—freeing capacity for new services and further process rollouts.
