GoodTires (Scooter Autoservice), an online tire retailer with about 50 employees across four locations, was overwhelmed by seasonally peaking accounts payable: 300–500 supplier invoices per day at peak and mountains of paperwork that required several full‑time staff and long‑term storage. Seeking more than a digital archive, GoodTires deployed the JobRouter digital process automation platform (including JobArchive and invoice reader SmartFix) to automate invoice processing and tame the manual verification bottleneck.

JobRouter implemented an end‑to‑end automated AP workflow—OCR/invoice reading, automated order matching, duplicate detection, exception handling (red/yellow/green), DATEV export, escalation management and integration with order databases/ERP—while archiving documents audit‑proof. The outcome: invoice handling now takes about 20 minutes, AP processing time is reduced by 60–89% depending on season, the platform pays for itself in roughly two years, and employees across all locations are more productive with faster, more reliable payments and record access.
