IHI Charging Systems International, a global automotive supplier, needed to automate and simplify a manual, paper‑heavy accounts payable process that handled more than 100 invoices per day. Invoices were scanned, emailed and printed for signatures, causing delays, lost paperwork and late bookings; after evaluating options the company selected JobRouter and its digital process automation platform to modernize AP and integrate with SAP.

JobRouter implemented a digitized AP workflow with SAP integration (using the JobSAP BAPI module), routing scanned invoices to the responsible cost‑center owners, sending automated reminders, and automatically removing SAP payment blocks once approvals are completed. The JobRouter solution eliminated many printouts, cut paper consumption, shortened throughput times, improved traceability via an audit history, and enabled timely, transparent invoice processing and greater overall accounting efficiency.
