A JobRouter Case Study
ASAP Holding GmbH, an automotive service and engineering group that grew from about 70 to over 750 employees across nine locations, needed a reliable “management cockpit” to centralize and digitize accounts payable and ordering while moving toward a paperless office. After searching for a solution, the company integrated a self-developed application with the JobRouter digital process automation platform to tackle decentralized approval paths, multi-site project controlling and a DATEV connection.
JobRouter was used to implement invoice-approval and electronic ordering workflows with investment-dependent approval hierarchies, central entry, and automatic order–invoice matching. The implementation (approval and ordering phases rolled out in about five months each) cut administrative effort and throughput times, reduced paper, enabled early payment discounts, improved budget control and traceability, and now handles roughly 35 orders per day for the 750-employee group across its sites.
