Mayo Clinic, a nonprofit hospital system with campuses in multiple states and roughly 63,000 employees, faced a hiring challenge from very large applicant pools for each open position. To better screen candidates and streamline recruitment, Mayo Clinic evaluated alternatives to Modern Hire and selected Jobma’s video interviewing platform to meet their needs.
