Wallace Contracts Ltd., a Northern Ireland facilities management firm (35 employees, 21 Joblogic users) that handles planned renovations, landscaping, new builds and 24/7 reactive maintenance for clients including BT and Royal Mail, needed to maintain operations and clear job visibility as staff shifted to remote work during the COVID-19 lockdown. To meet that challenge they moved to Joblogic’s cloud-based Facilities Management Software in March 2020 (having been a Joblogic customer for 10 years), enabling centralised job data and online training during the transition.

Joblogic delivered its cloud FM system with online demos and training, centralising key job information, enabling real-time communication and allowing access from any device. As a result, Wallace Contracts reports easier job tracking, improved efficiency and faster system performance, with Operations Manager Anthony Xuereb saying Joblogic made tracking jobs “far easier” and allowed the whole team to work remotely without impeding their work.
