Koolmax Group uses Joblogic to increase engineers’ daily jobs by 30%

Koolmax Group Ltd, a Bolton-based HVAC specialist servicing over 3,000 stores across the UK with a team of about 30 employees and seven engineers, faced challenges in inefficient scheduling, slow invoicing and poor job tracking that limited engineers to an average of three jobs per day. To address this, Koolmax deployed Joblogic’s field management software to improve real-time communication, scheduling and asset tracking.

Joblogic’s solution gave engineers full job details on mobile devices, one-click invoicing, email-based job shares for subcontractors and built-in warranty tracking. As a result, Koolmax increased engineers’ daily job completions from an average of three to four or five (around a 30% uplift), drastically reduced admin time (invoices previously taking ~4 days can now be sent instantly) and eliminated unnecessary office returns, improving overall operational efficiency.
