Kelly RAC is an Irish HVAC and refrigeration specialist founded in 1990, serving retail, education and healthcare sectors nationwide. Needing better control over refrigerant gas tracking—a feature their previous system lacked—Compliance and Training Manager Helen Kelly selected Joblogic and its F‑Gas tracking module, alongside its job management tools, to meet the company’s compliance and scheduling needs.

Joblogic deployed its F‑Gas tracking module, live planner and mobile engineer app so field staff can receive jobs, update status, enter notes, timesheets and parts, and capture photos and signatures electronically. As a result, roughly 50% of Kelly RAC’s staff now use Joblogic, scheduling is more productive, engineers no longer need to return to the office to pick up jobs, daily time and cost savings have been achieved, and the risk of human error from paper processes has been eliminated.
