iDCC Services Ltd is a family-run building contractor with over 45 years’ experience serving high-security and historic sites across London and the Home Counties. Their challenge was an inefficient, in‑house job management process that left back-office staff disconnected from mobile engineers and consumed excessive admin time, especially around reporting, job visibility and invoicing. To address this, iDCC turned to Joblogic and deployed Joblogic’s integrated mobile app and back office software in December 2017.
Joblogic connected iDCC’s office and field teams so jobs can be viewed at a glance, engineers receive job information on the move, and reporting and invoicing are handled within a single system. As a result, iDCC rapidly improved process efficiency, reduced the time spent on admin tasks and sped up invoicing—eliminating the need for office staff to phone engineers for job details. iDCC’s PA to the Managing Director reports they can now easily see what needs to be attended, allocated or invoiced thanks to Joblogic.
