Farmwood M&E Services Ltd. is a Kent‑based building services provider specialising in mechanical and electrical maintenance, ventilation and air quality, serving commercial, domestic and industrial clients across the UK and Ireland. After limited improvements with a competitor’s solution, Business & Finance Manager Steven Melia‑Chamberlain selected Joblogic’s job management software (in use since April 2019) to deliver a more visually appealing interface, stronger reporting and more dynamic workflow control for their 28 Joblogic users out of 33 employees.

Joblogic implemented mobile e‑forms, improved reporting and secure data storage, enabling Farmwood to automate processes and cut paperwork. The result was time and cost savings, greater accuracy in reporting and invoicing, and the ability for engineers to complete health & safety and supplementary reports on site—freeing up more time for customer work. Farmwood now uses Joblogic to present clearer data to clients and streamline daily operations.
