AM Group, a family-run plumbing and heating and mechanical services specialist in the North West, faced slow, paper-heavy job cycles and time-consuming admin—particularly for Gas Safety certificates—and needed a way to speed up engineer communication and invoicing. To address this, AM Group implemented Joblogic and its Joblogic Mobile app to create a real-time interface between engineers and the office.

As a result Joblogic helped AM Group reduce time to invoice dramatically, improve cash flow and customer service, and centrally store and email certificates to clients.
