The customer, Recruiting Concepts, is a small full-service recruiting firm based near Toronto. To address this, they partnered with the vendor, Jobilla, adopting its innovative recruiting software.
Jobilla provided a modern solution focused on engaging passive candidates through digital campaigns, a move away from traditional job boards. Their platform included a real-time analytics dashboard to easily manage the recruiting process. This allowed Recruiting Concepts to successfully fill a difficult construction role with four hires from 76 applicants. The partnership expanded their client base, lowered service costs, and gave them a competitive edge in the Canadian market.
