San Diego Precision Machining (SDPM), a 45-person shop specializing in close-tolerance CNC work for industries from medical devices to aerospace, faced a legacy ERP that couldn’t scale with its growth and offered poor support. Owner Jason Matteson sought an ERP built for job shops and selected JobBOSS for its functional fit and vendor support to sustain expansion and improve profitability.
