Just in Time Yard Services, a landscaping, lawn maintenance and snow‑removal company in Noelville, Ontario, was started by Justin Pitre in 2006 after a government Summer Company grant. Over the years he won steady commercial contracts with school boards, the municipality and retail clients, but growth brought challenges: aging equipment, the seasonal mix of work, and time‑consuming admin and invoicing that limited capacity to scale.
