How Blush Artistry Keeps 23 Team Members Organized and In Demand

Blush Artistry, founded in 2005 in Edmonton by Heather Dick, is a mobile beauty company of 23 makeup artists, stylists and instructors offering on-location services, lessons and bridal work across Alberta. Their main challenge was coordinating a large, mobile team while managing bookings, invoices, deposits and maintaining a steady stream of high-quality, local bridal leads through social media.

They adopted Jobber to centralize scheduling, invoices, deposits, quote follow-ups and reporting, and hired a social media manager to focus on organic, localized visual marketing (Instagram/Facebook, targeted hashtags and “throwback” posts). The result: less admin time, improved cash flow and billing efficiency, better reporting and remote flexibility for leadership — and stronger, more targeted bookings, especially for brides.
