VERTO sees significant time and resource savings with JobAdder

VERTO, a not-for-profit organisation supporting apprenticeship, employment and training needs, was struggling with paper-based and spreadsheet-driven recruitment processes as it grew to more than 70 offices. The team needed a more professional, efficient way to manage applications, responses, and hiring at scale, so it turned to JobAdder for a recruitment platform.

JobAdder implemented an ATS/CRM solution that automated manual tasks such as applicant auto-responses, interview scheduling, email sync, document handling, and candidate notifications, while also improving compliance and audit readiness. VERTO says JobAdder has saved around half an FTE in time at its current staffing level of about 350 employees, with the potential to save a full staff member’s time and wages as it grows, while also reducing errors, improving team wellbeing, and making recruitment more proactive.
