Winning Group, a 4th-generation family business with four consumer brands, was managing around 30 open roles at any one time and hiring 20–25 people per month. As the team grew, they needed a more unified and efficient way to manage recruitment than their earlier mix of JobAdder and Excel spreadsheets, and they wanted a single source of truth across HR and recruitment.

Using JobAdder as their CRM and recruitment platform, Winning Group customized workflows, added and removed custom fields, and made use of the mobile app, Gmail plugin, and Employment Hero integration. The result was a more cohesive and uniform process, easier access from anywhere, and significantly shorter time to hire, which the team says has translated into cost savings across the business.
