RSL Queensland, a large ex-service organisation supporting current and former Australian Defence Force members and their families, needed a better way to manage its Employment Program. Its team was handling a growing volume of employer contacts, jobs, applications, and candidate tracking using a CRM that wasn’t built for recruitment, making it difficult to match veterans with suitable roles and manage data efficiently.
JobAdder implemented a separate instance for RSL Queensland’s Employment Program, giving the team a dedicated recruitment platform with a jobs board, candidate tracking, employer management, and reporting. With JobAdder, RSL Queensland launched a live jobs board and, in just a few months, processed over 436 employers, 335 applications, and 450 open jobs, while freeing consultants to focus on placing veterans and their partners rather than handling employer admin.
