The results were significant: Bolton Clarke cut time to hire by 50% to around 22 days, reduced reference checking turnaround from about two weeks to 23 hours, shortened medical checks to under 24 hours, and sped up contract signing to 1–2 days. JobAdder also helped the team process more than 24,000 applications, place 1,800 people in six months, and dramatically reduce report collation time.
