In its UK division, with around 50 office-based employees, the company was looking for an easy solution to track who was in the office versus working remotely. Joan Desk Booking app was introduced at just the right time.

Joan implemented its Desk Booking app to let employees book desks easily while helping management monitor office occupancy for health and safety requirements. The rollout was smooth, with very limited issues and no additional training needed because the app was so simple to use. Pierre Fabre reported strong adoption immediately, describing it as “so easy and simple to use, anyone could do it,” though no specific numerical productivity or cost savings were provided.
