How Monsieur TSHIRT Transformed Their Meeting Culture With Joan

Monsieur TSHIRT, the Bordeaux-based personalized gift company, struggled with a lack of meeting rooms and constant competition for space in its office. Before using Joan, employees often booked rooms informally or used them for work, making it difficult to manage availability and keep meetings organized.

Joan provided a simple room-booking solution integrated with Google Calendar, plus physical e-ink displays outside meeting rooms so availability was visible on the spot. With Joan, meeting rooms had to be reserved properly, which reduced conflicts, improved respect for time slots, and made hybrid meetings easier to run. Monsieur TSHIRT later expanded from three to six Joan devices in Bordeaux and added two more in Paris, and after about four years of use, the batteries were still lasting for months between charges.
