A JMP Case Study
USound, a fast-growing Austrian startup developing next-generation MEMS microspeakers, needed to bring its breakthrough acoustic technology to market quickly while maintaining strict quality and reliability in design and production. As it prepared for mass production of its Ganymede speaker line, USound turned to JMP to help shorten development cycles and make faster, better-informed decisions.
Using JMP, USound built process knowledge, monitored sound performance across the full audible range, and used statistical analysis to distinguish signal from noise, identify correlations, and stabilize production issues. JMP helped the team find root causes of unstable performance and improve process control, enabling USound to move Ganymede toward market faster and with greater confidence in quality.
