SynbiCITE - Customer Case Study

SynbiCITE, a UK synthetic biology accelerator based at Imperial College’s London DNA Foundry, needed to improve the reproducibility of data from engineered biological systems so it could turn research into commercial opportunities. As startups and researchers in synthetic biology grew, they needed a way to validate experiments more reliably without the cost and complexity of large-scale lab infrastructure. JMP was used to support this challenge.

SynbiCITE implemented JMP to bring a systematic, statistics-driven approach to experimentation, helping scientists standardize methods, visualize results, and build confidence in their data. With JMP, users could get up to speed quickly and adjust models faster as new findings emerged. The result was better-quality, reproducible outcomes that helped launch new products and services, create new companies and jobs, and deliver a return on public investment.
