A JMP Case Study
The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business needed a way to make predictive analytics and statistics accessible to MBA students with widely varying backgrounds, while still supporting advanced analysis in coursework. It used JMP statistical discovery software to help students learn through data exploration, forecasting, regression, and multivariate analysis.
With JMP, students could quickly analyze large datasets, uncover patterns, and focus more on interpreting results than wrestling with software. The vendor JMP helped the school improve action-based learning, reduce time spent troubleshooting, and give students practical analytics skills they could apply in class and on the job.
