STMicroelectronics, a global semiconductor leader, needed to keep highly complex smart power development and production moving quickly while still ensuring products met strict specifications. The company’s engineers in Italy were challenged by massive data sets, long manufacturing processes, and the need to troubleshoot issues even when production environments were not fully established, using JMP to support their analysis and problem-solving.

JMP helped STMicroelectronics’ engineers analyze and manipulate very large data sets, run design of experiments, compare flawed and good lots, and present results clearly.
