Case Study: Daewoong Pharmaceutical achieves faster, data-driven global market entry with JMP

A JMP Case Study

Preview of the Daewoong Pharmaceutical Case Study

QbD accelerates the move toward ever more innovative areas of research in pharmaceuticals

Daewoong Pharmaceutical, one of Korea’s largest pharmaceutical companies, faced intense global competition and rising regulatory pressure as it worked to bring innovative biologics and botulinum toxin treatments to market. To support its NABOTA Research Team, Daewoong turned to JMP for statistical analysis and to help apply quality by design (QbD) and design of experiments (DOE) methods across research and development.

Using JMP, Daewoong improved its ability to analyze large data sets, identify critical quality attributes, and define process parameters for regulatory submissions. The result was better product quality, more efficient decision-making, and stronger support for approvals in overseas markets, helping Daewoong expand NABOTA into the U.S. and Europe.
