Isometric Solutions worked with Animal Humane Society, which had merged five organizations and was struggling with incompatible databases, duplicate records, and 30 years of siloed data across 32 sources. The nonprofit needed a better way to understand stakeholder behavior, donor overlap, and engagement patterns, but lacked the tools to turn its 300,000-name dataset into actionable insight.
Using JMP, Isometric Solutions compiled the data into a single analytical file and built predictive models that revealed donor lifetime value, retention trends, and key engagement “tipping points.” The work gave Animal Humane Society a 360-degree view of supporters, improved targeted communications and fundraising strategy, and helped the organization make more data-driven decisions with measurable impact, including better predictions of walk participation and future revenue.
